Deako’s Try Before You Buy program lets you try out 3 different switches at home for free! Here’s how it works:

1. Pick Your Switches: Browse our selection and pick 3 specialty switches you’d like to try. We’ll deliver the switches to your doorstep within 5-7 business days. 
2. Plug-and-play: Once you receive your switches, you can easily install them in seconds without any rewiring or electrical work needed. You’ll have five days to try them out and see which ones you like best. You will only be charged after the trial period is over!
3. Make the choice: After five days, your trial ends. If you love the switches, keep them and your credit card will be charged. If they were not for you, simply request a return label here. Place the switches that you didn’t like back in the original packaging, seal the box, stick on the shipping label we provide, and drop the package off with your mail carrier.

For switches you no longer want, request a return label here. Place the switches back in the original packaging, seal the box, stick on the shipping label we provide, and drop the package off with your mail carrier.

The program is free! During the checkout process, you will be asked to provide a valid payment method before completing your order. We require a credit or debit card for security purposes, but rest assured that the program is a free five-day trial. 

However, you will be charged if:

1. You decide to keep the switches since you liked them
2. Your switches are not postmarked by the seventh full day after delivery
3. Returned switches are damaged

In order to avoid being charged, your switches need to be postmarked – on its way back to us – by the seventh full day after you initially received the switches. We’ll send you an email reminder so you don’t forget. If you need an extra day or two, contact us and we’ll work something out.
